Previously, you said the priority of the app as follows. keyboard > prebuild app (zemkids .. ) > link app Please let me know how to operate specifically for some apps. For example, on the keyboard that Smart3 STB are currently using, what kind of behavior is the problem? also, please select one of the prebuilt apps and explain. Hi YK, I think the app owner can support the following keys first, Arrow key/Left Joystick: to move focus OK (center) key: to select icon Back key: back to the previous page. For example, (SKB IME) When we use game controller, 1. we can use the arrow key/Left joy stick to move focus on keyboard UI 2. use the OK key to select the "key on Keyboard UI" 3. Use the back key to make the keyboard UI disappear |

Hi Jason If FXN test this issue with v15.533.16 version, can you tell us which app is fail or what function? As you can see from JIRA, SKB wants to know exactly which apps are not functional. and SKB says there is no problem with the homeUI zemkids keyboard. Thank you YK.Jung |

Hi YK, Our QA has checked the behavior of game controller. Test version: 15.533.16 Test Gampad: Asus Nexus Player controller (It's standard gampad in SmokeTest) ZemKids: Pass SKB_IME: Fail (compare with Google IME) There are 2 keys can send "Back" event as follows, 1. Back key 2. B button Please check the video clip The B button can make Google Keyboard disappear (Google_IME_B_button.mp4) -> Pass The B button can "NOT" make SKB keyboard disappear (SKB_IME_B_button.mp4) -> Fail |
